Synopsis:

Vulnerable passions break the surface as Laura, who is thirty and alone, sees disturbing comparisons between herself and her neighbour. Iris is a depressing reminder of what she could become - a lonely old woman at the conclusion of a life, with a fax machine as a substitute for a family.
