Gisella Carr took up the position of Film New Zealand's Chief Executive on April 6, 2010. She is responsible for the management of the organisation and reports to the Board of Trustees with whom she works closely in developing strategic plans, policy frameworks and budgets. As CEO she is also a member of the Finance & Audit Committee.

As Acting Projects Manager, Sandra Clark is responsible for managing all international and local location inquiries, researching the New Zealand screen production infrastructure and capability, and liaising with the local industry on issues of common concern.

As Systems Manager, Natalie Crane maintains Film New Zealand's technical resources. She is responsible for Film New Zealand's website, locations library and information management system and works closely with the Projects Manager in the handling of inquiries and projects.

Mandy Gwynne as Office Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Film New Zealand. She coordinates Board meetings, regional film office meetings, Film New Zealand's participation in international trade shows and provides support to the CEO and staff.

Film New Zealand's on site accountant, Voula Lagoutaris, manages the Trust's accounts and financial reports. Voula is a qualified accountant.
